LEVEL TWO DIVER

We at Airheads Scuba want to provide you in-depth and personal training so that you can be the safest, most knowledgeable diver possible. The MDEA Level Two Diver is the second level in the education rung.  You will be introduced to several specialties which will broaden your knowledge and pleasure in diving.  You are encouraged to have a minimum of 5 logged dives passed Level One.  Once you have achieved your Level Two Diver Award, you will be elegible for Level Three with 25 dives and two specialties.Advanced.  Level Two Diver can be achieved in a weekend.

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

1) Basic scuba equipment: BC, tank, regulator with octopus, and exposure suit

2) Compass, knife, bottom timer with second hand, and two dive lights (night dive during the course)

3) Slate

4) Redundant air supply for the deep dives. (This may be rented)

What You Will Do:

 A Total of five dives covering four of the following experiences:

Night Diving

Deep Diving

Underwater Navigation

Current Diving from a Boat

Wreck Diving

Simple Search and Recovery

The fifth dive is a dive of your choice.
